Cancellation Policy:
- Due to the perishable nature of some of our products and to ensure efficient order processing, orders cannot be cancelled once successfully placed.
Conditions for Return & Exchange:
- We accept returns and exchanges for unopened and unused products within 2 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- We require an unboxing/unboxing video for any dispute related to your order. This video should clearly show the package condition upon arrival, the opening process, and the condition of the product itself.
Reasons for Return & Exchange:
- Manufacturing Defect: We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for products with verifiable manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.
Reasons for Non-Return & Non-Exchange:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products where the discrepancy is related to minor variations in colour or packaging compared to what is shown on the website. Our product images are for presentation purposes only, and slight variations may occur.

- Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:
