Delivery Timeframes:

  • We offer domestic delivery within India with an estimated timeframe of 3-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and order processing times.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available only for select India pin codes. Please check the availability of COD at checkout by entering your pin code.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Order deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Signing for Delivery:

  • A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unable to be present, you can designate an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. Please note that Herbskraft (Ruzain Enterprises) cannot assume responsibility for packages signed for by someone other than yourself.

Delivery Liability:

  • Herbskraft’s (Ruzain Enterprises) responsibility for your order ends upon successful delivery and receipt of a signature.
  • HerbsKrat (Ruzain Enterprises) is not liable for any damages that may occur after delivery.

Claims for Shortages or Damages:

  • In the rare case of a missing item or damaged product, please report the issue to our customer service team on the day of delivery. This allows us to investigate the issue promptly. Please make unboxing/unpacking video any dispute related to order.
